Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our items, we follow a careful return and exchange policy to ensure the safety of all customers.

Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for damaged or wrongly delivered products. If eligible, we’ll replace the item or provide store credit. Requests must be made within 3 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns on used items, soaps, scrubs, Moroccan treatments, or opened packages.

Process & Timeframe
Once your return is approved, please allow 7–10 business days for processing. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.
